  The valet parking was very convenient and the valets were very helpful, but it would have been nice if I had been informed beforehand that this could be done from the main entrance to the hotel.

  My web site booking was not found to have been effected when I arrived at the hotel. The desk clerk said not to worry because this often happened. I asked why the hotel did nothing about this if it happened often and she said it was not her job. Booking on line should be updated and corrected.

  The really nice and smiley staff who are very helpful. It always helps the foreigners if the hotel staff are gracious and smiley--not stiff. Complimentary coffee and tea is a very big plus point.

  I would change the TV cbinet with sliding doors--the doors open out and obstruct the passage and are very unconfortable when open--even to look at them while open is not nice at all given the space.

  I was able to reminisce...........being of a certain age I remember it being built and spending many happy hours at the Panorama Room then.Just about everything was perfect. And your staff catered to my needs

  see above. I didn't eat at the Queen E much, but I guess being in the middle of a gourmand's paradise precludes that eventuality.

  The bed was the best part of the experience. It was very comfy and served my purpose of rest in a great way.

  The room was quite small and the decor a little bit drabby. The wallpaper, I noticed, is looking kind of old and should be changed. Note that the most disapointing fact of the room was the fact that Wi-Fi was not included. This should be included in all rooms.

  The location is great in regard to downtown, and access to public transit ( train, Metro ). The staff were pleasant, professional, efficient. Room 7 bed were comfortable.

  The computer system crashed on the evening of November 6th resulting in long delays in getting tabbed out at the bar.

  Parking too expensive. Needs a little rennovating as beginning to show age but charming all the same.

  Check in was very pleasant indeed, your staff are well trained. The hotel is very well situated to the Central station and Place Ville Marie.

  Our room 2116 was well used and needs renovation. The faucets in the hand wash basin did not work properly and the paint was chipped. There was a very small double bed.
